Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Service Transition Manager to work within our Employment Programs division.
In this leadership role, you will guide a team responsible for supporting clients as they move into Scope services, ensuring every transition is well planned, compliant, and centred around the individual’s needs and goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality client onboarding and transition outcomes
- →Engaging closely with clients and their support networks to understand their needs and ensure a positive entry into services
- →Overseeing the coordination of service commencement, ensuring alignment with funding, compliance and organisational requirements
- →Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enable seamless service delivery
- →Contributing to strategies that strengthen client acquisition, onboarding and retention practices
- →Supporting business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for service growth and market responsiveness
- →Providing guidance, coaching and development support to build capability within the team
- →Ensuring all activities align with quality, safeguarding and risk management frameworks
This role requires a strategic and people-focused leader who can balance operational delivery with continuous improvement and innovation.
You will bring:
- A strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Proven capability to lead teams and support others to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Confidence navigating complex environments and making informed, evidence-based decisions
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to business growth initiatives
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on improving client and stakeholder experiences
- Resilience, adaptability and a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams to achieve outcomes
- Experience contributing to or delivering business development or growth initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable)
- Experience in disability services or a related sector (desirable)
- Experience working in a not-for-profit environment (desirable)
