Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager – Performance to join the Star Trek™ Fleet Command team within our Midcore division in Tel Aviv, Israel on a hybrid/remote basis.

Star Trek™ Fleet Command is a top-grossing MMO 4X strategy game that has captivated players for over five years. As we continue to evolve and scale the game, we are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused product leader to drive performance across our LiveOps ecosystem, monetization systems, and player engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Manager – Performance, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization while helping shape the long-term operational and product strategy for the game. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Product Ops, Design, Economy, Analytics, and Leadership teams to align on priorities, drive execution, and deliver impactful player experiences that support both player satisfaction and business performance.

  • Lead performance strategy and optimization efforts for key LiveOps systems, recurring events, and monetization features, ensuring alignment with player motivations, economic health, and business KPIs.
  • Drive analysis and optimization efforts across live features and systems, leveraging data, experimentation, and player insights to identify growth opportunities and execute impactful improvements.
  • Establish scalable frameworks, KPIs, and best practices for LiveOps performance management and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with UX, Research, Community, and Analytics teams to deeply understand player behavior, sentiment, and friction points, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Help shape strategic priorities and roadmap recommendations through performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market insights.
  • Mentor and support Product Managers across the team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, iteration, and operational excellence.
  • Product management experience, ideally with significant ownership of LiveOps, monetization, or engagement systems within a F2P mobile game.
  • Proven track record driving measurable improvements across engagement, monetization, retention, or player lifecycle performance.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights and product direction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of player motivations, progression systems, monetization strategy, and economy balance within mobile F2P games.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly iterative live environments with evolving priorities and complex systems.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with segmentation strategies, CRM tools, or behavioral targeting systems.
  • Background in product economics, systems design, or game design theory.
  • Experience leading or mentoring PMs in a product organization.
