Deputy PMS Superintendent 
 
Function 
Responsible for: Providing support to the Technical Management to ensure the upkeep of the Planned Maintenance System 
Accountable for: Maintaining the PMS up to date 
 KPIs : 

• Entering ship spares in PMS
• Entering Standard jobs in PMS  
  Tasks 
  Tasks shall include but not limited to: Guide the team of specialist and data entry personnel for upkeep of the PMS 
   Ensure that the quality and accuracy of standard jobs is maintained with the guidance of the stakeholders  Review the existing configuration and setup and improve the efficiency and usability of the system
• Regular meetings to be conducted with individual fleets to take and give feedback on status of outstanding 
  items (helpdesk requests)
• Improve processes within and outside the system to improve efficiency of the team 
• Assisting the Ships and Shore teams to add, amend maintenance jobs, spares and stores to the system.
• Send out reports of the amendments to the vessels and shore team monthly 
• Assist purchasing teams with queries related to the purchasing module
• Setting up the system for new takeover vessels in management within prescribed time lines 
• Extracting data from the system for vessels leaving management
• Assist in training of seafarers with regards to the system
• Extracting reports from the system to give fleet managers an overview of the maintenance status of the fleet 
  vessels
• Assist fleets in demonstrating compliance during audits and inspections 
• Report to PMS Superintendent
• Substitute PMS Data Administrator
• Minimum Experience 3-year experience in any PMS or ERP data management
• Minimum Qualifications Graduate -Preferable with Sailing experience in Junior engineer rank
