Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

→Responsible for the full system engineering execution for the Harvester gasoline Range Extender system underpinning the Scout Traveler SUV and Terra pickup, including the inverter/ generator, engine assembly, fuel systems, air induction, and exhaust subsystems.
→Ensure that peer DREs and development/ validation engineers release work products on-time by maintaining schedule and communicating critical milestones.
→Identify risks and escalate to leadership where appropriate to raise awareness and drive action.
→Track and report Range Extender system imperatives including system cost, mass, and investment.
→Lead critical action plans for identified technical and timing related program risks, and lead recovery plan efforts across multiple cross-functional teams where appropriate.
