Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive spare parts catalogues—including chemical materials—by analyzing engineering data, defining disassembly levels aligned with repair concepts, and producing interactive, user-friendly illustrations. Ensure all documentation meets Product Compliance Management System (PCMS) release requirements and market-specific certifications.
  • Create, modify, and update spare parts catalogues for all vehicle models within defined timelines and Scout quality standards, based on approved technical changes (new part numbers, supersessions, and cancellations).
  • Coordinate the development of catalogue illustrations in accordance with established processes, conditions, and standards.
  • Research, analyze, and manage technical information for new vehicles, emerging technologies, and product updates.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure all catalogue part numbers are correctly released in technical lists, are supported by drawings and quality approvals, and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Product Compliance teams to ensure all technical literature meets regulatory requirements across global markets.
  • Manage translation workflows to support localization and ensure accuracy and consistency across regions.
  • Based on the Book of Standards, work closely with Repairability, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to define appropriate repair depth, refine repair concepts, reduce repair costs, and improve overall service quality.
  • Analyze and resolve feedback from Scout Technicians and workshops worldwide, using insights to continuously improve the spare parts catalogue.
  • Establish, lead and track cross-functional projects, defining objectives, creating timelines and ensuring cohesive collaboration among all relevant departments.
