On behalf of WorkforceTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Call Scheduler to engage with existing paying customers proactively.

In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.

Responsibilities

→Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sesions.
→Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunities
→Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations
→Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST) — required

Requirements

Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily
Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style
Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
Highly disciplined and organized
All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught
