Job Overview

Responsible for providing production services required in operating varied professional entertainment events.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions/instructions
• Assist with technical requirements for events
• Involves moving and setting up equipment for events and any necessary support for concerts and stage staff
• Ability to perform complex technical set-ups under stress and within pressing deadlines
• Provide transport service in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner
• Consults and gets approval from entertainers, exhibitors, and demonstrators before loading, securing, transporting, unloading and moving equipment onto the cart.
• Comply with all safety policies, guidelines and procedures
• Ensures all required certifications and drivers’ licenses are always valid

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and driving skills.
• Good judgement and professionalism
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• College coursework in technical theatre a plus
• Must be able to perform physically intensive labor including ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others

Working Conditions
• Moves objects up to 50 pounds.
• Involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following safety precautions.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
