→Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, addressing their needs and queries with a smile.
→Enhance the Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure they have a memorable visit, offering information about attractions, events, and or services that are available.
→Handle Guest Feedback: Listen to guest feedback, both positive and negative, and respond appropriately to ensure their concerns are addressed.
→Assist in Guest Resolution: Actively seek solutions to guest issues and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit.
