Danbury/New Milford/Sharon - Healthcare Security Officer

• Flex position – must be available for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd shifts as needed
• May include weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed

• →Patrol and monitor facility premises
• →Observe and report safety or security concerns
• →Respond to incidents and follow established procedures
• →Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• →Enforce facility rules and regulations in a professional manner
• →Complete clear and accurate incident reports

• Must be able to work 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd shifts as needed
• Physical examination required
• Drug test required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

• Previous security experience
• Valid CT State security guard card/license
