We're looking for a dependable, motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead a professional security team at one of Long Island's busiest retail destinations. • Thursday-Monday (4:00PM to 12:00AM)

Weekend availability is required.

• →Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• →Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
• →Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
• →Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
• →Complete accurate reports and documentation.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
• →Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.

• At least 2 years of security experience required.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Active New York State Security Guard License required.
• Active New York State Driver's License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
• Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
