Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities with outstanding customer service and communication. • →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts as needed.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• →Monitor entry points, observe onsite activity, and report maintenance, lighting, or security-related issues that could affect daily operations at the location.
• →Support property operations by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring building rules, and completing routine reports during assigned shifts.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
