As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. • Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

 

• →Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenants, and airport personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• →Observe and report suspicious activity, unattended property, hazards, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established airport and government location procedures.
• →Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and authorized site representatives.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
