As a Security Guard Hospital - Unarmed in Easley, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely response to security-related concerns. This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- →Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- →Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership.
- →Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
Requirements

- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
