As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be a welcoming presence while monitoring access, managing visitor and badge processes, and responding to alarms and security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and guests, and help maintain a secure environment. • →Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• →Monitor access to the building by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific policies.
• →Answer phones, receive deliveries, and provide general information while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.
• →Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, access control, alarms, and communication devices, and report unusual activity or system concerns.
• →Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
