As a Security Officer Full Time Access Monitoring in South Bend, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a professional presence that helps deter security-related incidents. • →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• →Control access to restricted areas, support screening procedures as assigned, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
