You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional communication and customer service to riders and staff. • →Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, transit-site policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate transit personnel and emergency services as required.
• →Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned transit facilities, platforms, station areas, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorization when applicable, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations through established reporting channels.
• →Maintain required armed post qualifications, follow applicable laws and site procedures regarding assigned equipment, and complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.

• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
