As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Alarm Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. This role offers the opportunity to use access control, alarm panel, and computer or tablet skills while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

• →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to property management and appropriate responders.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify access permissions and report suspicious or unusual conditions.
• →Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting procedures.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
