As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Support in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will coordinate security-related communications, dispatch personnel, monitor activity, and support timely responses across a dynamic care location. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and help promote a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Join an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.

Responsibilities

  • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • →Monitor and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and other security-related incidents, maintaining clear communication with officers, healthcare personnel, and emergency responders.
  • →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and following established notification procedures.
  • →Monitor access points, camera systems, and other communications equipment as assigned, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns.
  • →Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • CPR/First Aid is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
