As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol Driver in Medina, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Hospital Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• →Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control procedures, and the reporting of suspicious activity or policy violations.
• →Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership, Allied Universal management, and public service personnel as needed.

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
