As a Security Officer Emergency Response in Minooka, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. • →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• →Observe inbound and outbound truck traffic and report irregular conditions, damaged property, or policy concerns to site leadership.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
