• →Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by greeting visitors, patients, and staff; verifying access credentials; and directing individuals according to site-specific policies.
• →Monitor entry activity, visitor sign-in processes, and access control systems to help maintain an orderly, professional environment.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• →Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access-related records; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• →Support a positive patient and visitor experience by providing clear directions, answering general questions, and addressing security-related concerns professionally.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
