As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Battleboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail dining location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. • →Provide customer service to guests, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the restaurant, surrounding retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• →Monitor access points and observe guest and employee activity to help support a welcoming environment and help deter unauthorized access or policy violations.
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• →Communicate professionally with management, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
