As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and alarm-panel activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a collaborative team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

• →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
• →Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
