As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. • All candidates must possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.
• Candidates are required to provide a copy of their valid driver’s license during the application process.

• Candidates must hold a current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification (C127). This certification is crucial for positions that involve emergency response and medical assistance.
• A copy of the EMT certification must be submitted with the application.

• Applicants must have documented previous firefighting experience (C129). This experience is necessary for roles that involve firefighting duties and responsibilities.
• Candidates should provide references or documentation verifying their firefighting experience as part of their application.

• →Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• →Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, following visitor and contractor entry procedures, and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• →Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff information while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Possess an EMT certification.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess previous firefighting experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
