As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. • →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and vehicle entry records, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• →Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, employee spaces, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, or facility concerns.
• →Document incidents, access-control activities, and policy violations accurately, following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
