• →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points, observe and report unusual conditions, and document incidents, patrol findings, and security-related activities according to site procedures.
• →Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming commercial real estate environment.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
