As an Access Control Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. • →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• →Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers, and maintain visitor and vehicle entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Report security-related observations, incidents, and policy violations accurately and promptly using required documentation systems.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
