As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to build positive relationships with tenants and visitors while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. • →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly professional environment.
• →Prepare accurate reports and communicate security-related information to site management and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
