Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Part Time to join our team. This high-traffic Retail and Residential  environment requires a strong security presence to support guest safety, tenant needs, and property protection.

As a Security Guard - Shopping Center - Casual, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for regular patrols, incident response, reporting, and providing support to mall guests and retailers.

• →Patrol interior and exterior areas of the shopping center
• →Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control systems
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies according to site procedures
• →Assist guests, tenants, and staff with inquiries and customer service needs
• →Complete detailed and accurate reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports
• →Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner
• →Support lost and found, first aid, and emergency procedures when required
• →Liaise with emergency responders and site representatives when necessary

• Valid BC Security Worker License
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and incident reporting software
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or high-traffic public environments is an asset

• Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
