About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across major paid platforms.
This role is hands-on and performance-focused, responsible for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and implementing optimizations to improve results. The Paid Media Specialist will work closely with the advertising team to ensure campaigns run efficiently and deliver strong performance.
The ideal candidate understands both B2B and D2C funnels, knows how to scale paid channels efficiently, and can translate performance insights into actionable improvements across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional search and social media platforms
- →Manage full-funnel campaigns for both B2B and D2C, adapting strategy based on audience behavior and platform strengths
- →Keyword audience research for campaign planning
- →Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- →Support programmatic buys through Walmart DSPs
- →Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business outcomes
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience running campaigns for both B2B and D2C brands
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of Display advertising, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and present clear performance summaries
- Strong command over ad copywriting and creative briefing
- Familiarity with lead management and CRM systems is a plus
- Ownership mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration
- Experience with Walmart DSP or other DSP is a plus
