- Provide independent performance, risk and reliability advice to planning, operations and maintenance teams, ensuring objective performance assurance across the business.
- Oversee root cause investigations and performance analysis, translating data and asset health insights into actionable business improvements and corrective actions.
- Align reliability strategies with performance outcomes, ensuring failure modes are linked to performance losses and reliability insights feed performance improvement plans.
- Deliver performance reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making and integrated planning.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering capability, accountability, collaboration and a strong safety and wellbeing culture.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Seqwater and external partners, working with our System Improvement function to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives that support strategic objectives.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across operational and strategic functions.
