Psychiatrist Full Time

Serenity Healthcare is a physician owned and led group that has expanded to 8 states and 36 locations while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes and provider support. We are looking for innovative psychiatrists to join us as we continue to grow in existing and future markets.  

• $300,000 base salary + incentives 
  Realistic total compensation of $500,000+ 

• No call. Ever. Outpatient-only practice 

• 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support 

• Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week)

• Continuous training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy 

• Annual provider retreats to exotic locations like Maui and the Bahamas 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN) 

• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain 

• Unencumbered DEA license 

• Clean background 

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
