Member Services Representative

We are looking to add a Member Services Representative to our small, dedicated team which acts as the key point of contact between us and our 50,000+ members across the Police, Military, Prison and Probation, Health and Fire services and their families.

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service to our members and potential members and supporting them to make the most of the Credit Union. You will support members on the phone and online as well as handle new account applications.

This role is ideal for someone who loves people, cares about the work they do and enjoys being able to make a positive impact at work.
