Position Overview

ServiceMaster Clean by Myers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning contractor to provide weekly cleaning services at a property located in Acworth, GA.

The selected contractor will work alongside one additional team member who is already assigned to and working at the location. Together, both team members will be responsible for completing the required cleaning duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent, part-time work with a predictable weekly schedule and fixed monthly compensation.

Areas to Be Cleaned

1 Main Lodge
2 Large Cabins
3 Small Cabins
1 Laundry Building

Cleaning Responsibilities

Empty all trash containers
Vacuum carpeted areas
Sweep and mop floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms and showers
Clean café and conference room tables
Wipe down and sanitize beds and cabin furniture
Clean inside mini refrigerators and microwaves
Refill soap dispensers
Dust ceiling fans and surfaces
Clean windows and windowsills
Remove cobwebs from cabin ceilings
Clean restrooms attached to the laundry building
Sanitize surfaces throughout the property
Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained

Schedule & Compensation

$900 Monthly | Every Thursday

Cleaning begins at 10:00 AM.
All cleaning must be completed by 5:00 PM.
Work hours may vary between 4–7 hours per Thursday, depending on the cleaning needs and assigned tasks.
Some days may require as little as 4 hours, while others may require the full scheduled service window.
Monthly compensation remains $900 regardless of whether cleaning is completed in fewer hours.

Requirements

Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation to Acworth, GA
Must be available every Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM
Ability to work effectively alongside an existing team member
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the required service window
Must maintain high cleaning and sanitation standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
