Location: Wherever you are (Remote)
- A ServiceNow Elite Partner specializing in Customer Workflows (CSM/FSM) and Creator Workflows (AppEngine)
- A virtual team throughout the United States with headquarters in Virginia
- Devoted to doing the right thing for our clients and team by leading with a human-first culture
- An experienced team of consultants who are dedicated to having fun and adding value
- Open minded and always welcoming new ideas and approaches
- A seasoned ServiceNow practitioner with at least 5 years of hands-on platform experience across two or more core areas including CSM, PSDS, FSM, HRSD, ITSM, or App Engine, with pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting experience strongly preferred
- A skilled communicator who makes technical complexity feel simple, relevant, and exciting to any audience
- Deeply curious about AI, whether that's Now Assist and AI Agents inside ServiceNow, or broader tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini that are changing how work gets done
- A confident presence in client-facing settings, equally comfortable leading discovery workshops and whiteboarding solution approaches on the fly
- Skilled at scoping and able to break down a business problem into a deliverable architecture, a realistic estimate, and a winning proposal
- A team builder at heart, someone who creates reusable assets and lifts the whole team rather than just closing the next deal
- Committed to honest, client-first thinking and not afraid to push back or speak up when it matters
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to uncover pain points, define desired outcomes, and shape solution approaches on the ServiceNow platform
- →Build and maintain a library of tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Servos’ core solution areas, including CSM, PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, and more
- →Prototype AI-powered solutions including agentic workflows, document intelligence, and automated service delivery that show clients what's truly possible
- →Partner with sales on deal strategy and serve as the primary technical voice through every stage of the sales cycle
- →Develop estimates, project timelines, and resource plans that feed directly into proposals and statement of works
- →Champion AI tools internally to accelerate how we scope, build, and deliver during the pre-sales process
- →Contribute reusable content back to the team, including demo scripts, architecture diagrams, scope templates, and solution accelerators that make everyone better
- →Stay plugged into the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and help position Servos' AI capabilities as a true differentiator
