• →Provide professional beauty consultations and recommend suitable products and services based on client needs.
• →Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product demonstrations and client engagement.
• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and beauty trends.
• →Manage client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and in-clinic communication
• →Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• →Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• →Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to provide a seamless client experience.
  
  Who We’re Looking For
  
• →1+ year experience in aesthetic, beauty, medical aesthetics, skincare
• →Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetic treatments or skincare.
• →Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• →Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• →Customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
