• Design POI sales and activation materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, vouchers, sales kits, and digital assets.
• Adapt creatives based on location, audience, campaign, and promotion.
• Create multiple creative variations to support testing and optimization.
• Maintain reusable templates and ensure brand consistency across POI materials.
• Coordinate with other team and field sales for ongoing creative needs.

• Student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to work quickly with multiple requests and iterations.
• Strong visual sense with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
