Developing manpower policies with a data-driven approach;

Collaborating within and across public agencies to formulate policy and enable seamless execution of manpower initiatives.
- Keen interest in public policy formulation and implementation;
- Strong critical thinking skills;
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in data analytics and visualisation tools;
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills;
- 2 – 3 years work experience in public policy or data analytics.
