Responsibilities
~1 min readYou will be part of the team to champion and drive digital transformation effort for the built environment industry. You will be involved in:

Working with various stakeholders, which includes industry practitioners, technology providers and research institutions, to adopt latest digital technology and develop solutions to support the built environment;
- →
Managing pilot projects as well as assess and evaluate the implementation of the various new and emerging technologies;
- →
Supporting the formulation and implementation of industry-wide digital solutions to support regulatory functions;
- →
Developing practice guides/standards to guide the preparation of submissions.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related discipline.
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to work independently as well as effectively as a team and possess eagerness to learn
At least 3 years of experience in an architectural, engineering and/or construction firms or a development of large project
Experience with change management, process improvement, or strategic planning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, presentation skills
Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to navigate complex organisational dynamics and work towards delivering tangible outcomes
Knowledge or experience in openBIM format and a keen interest in digital technology would be advantageous
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
