Our team members choose to build their career home at US Fertility because of the hope we inspire in our patients, the lives we help bring into the world, and the culture of excellence we foster across our organization.  We share a deep commitment to continuously improving the patient experience and advancing research and development in one of the most dynamic and impactful fields of medicine.

Through our national network of premier fertility centers—including Shady Grove Fertility—we combine clinical expertise, scientific innovation, and compassionate care.  The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we’re just getting started.

We have an immediate opening for an Specialty Services Team Registered Nurse to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility.

  •  Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  Four weekend shifts per quarter will be required (4 hour shift) and 1 holiday per year. In this position you will work in your local office 1-2 days per week.

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

At US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work.  There is undeniable strength in numbers—and support is always within reach.  Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.

In this role, the Specialty Services Team Registered Nurse will:

  • Coordinate case management and treatment for third-party patients throughout their treatment cycles, including FET treatment plans for Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers, in accordance with established clinical protocols and physician orders.
  • Serve as a consistent nursing resource and primary point of contact for patients and interdisciplinary teams throughout the screening and treatment process.
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, agencies, Intended Parents, Gestational Carriers, outside monitoring facilities, and other external partners.
  • Schedule treatment, appointments, and required outside monitoring, including ultrasounds, laboratory testing, and other clinical services.
  • Obtain, review, and follow up on outside monitoring results; accurately enter results into the EMR and ensure timely physician review and sign-off to prevent treatment delays.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely EMR documentation, including treatment plans, monitoring results, physician directions, and changes in treatment.
  • Ensure all appropriate parties receive timely and accurate communication regarding treatment plans, physician orders, monitoring results, and changes in care.
  • Provide Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers with counseling, education, and support throughout treatment, including guidance on procedures, medications, injection administration, and the emotional complexities of fertility and third-party reproduction.
  • Provide compassionate emotional and psychological support to all parties in the match, recognizing the unique experiences and concerns of Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers.
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with patients, families, physicians, staff, agencies, and external partners

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
