• →Fluent in Excel and Google Sheets, with the financial systems or ERP fluency to build and trust your own numbers
• →Meticulous and highly responsive, with the judgment to know what needs immediate attention and what can wait
• →You pick things up quickly, execute ruthlessly, and learn even faster; you're entrepreneurial, scrappy, and comfortable in zero-to-one environments
• →You break down ambiguous problems clearly, communicate actionable insights to leadership, and don't wait for permission to act
• →Low ego, high ownership; you move fluidly between the details and the bigger financial picture, and you're always willing to roll up your sleeves, no task is beneath you
• →Energized by fast-paced, early-stage environments where the function is still being built
• →Bonus: 4+ years in finance operations, accounting, or a related field (or a relevant degree)
