We’ve had an exciting, 12 month fixed term opportunity open up in our Customer Wealth team as a Customer Wealth Associate. This role is located in our central Sydney office. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for driving and supporting our customers to have epic experiences with Sharesies.

We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Customer Wealth Associate role we are specifically looking for someone who: 

• is a customer service champion - you love people, and you love helping people
• is a clear and empathetic communicator, with a knack for making complex information easy to understand
• has experience in resolving customer complaints
• is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
