Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented Project Manager with deep experience in global supply chain operations, direct-to-consumer logistics, and eCommerce fulfillment within a consumer products or retail-driven organization. This individual thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

→8+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, and supply chain leadership roles, ideally within a CPG, retail, or eCommerce organization

→5+ years of experience in global supply chain functions, with proven success in driving cost efficiency, operational scalability, and process transformation

→3+ years of direct experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) logistics, digital fulfillment, or eCommerce operations, including platform integration and omnichannel distribution

→Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams to deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget

→Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives, process automation, or fulfillment optimization programs

→Strong financial acumen and ability to quantify ROI from operational initiatives

→Expertise in data-driven project management, leveraging analytics tools to forecast, monitor KPIs, and inform executive reporting

→Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building alignment among diverse stakeholders

→Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
→Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) a plus
→Bachelor's degree required
