✓Support the development and execution of app product features across multiple product categories

✓Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature enhancements based on customer needs and business priorities

✓Partner with UX/UI teams to help design intuitive user flows, interaction models, and app experiences

✓Collaborate with engineering teams to support the translation of product requirements into technical solutions

✓Help track product development timelines, key milestones, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure on-time execution

✓Analyze customer feedback, usability testing results, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement

✓Contribute to building scalable platform features such as onboarding, device connectivity, and personalization

✓Support cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and hardware teams

✓Assist in documentation and communication of product updates, requirements, and project status

Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program
Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Interest in digital product development, mobile apps, or connected consumer experiences
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and documentation
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, health savings account (HSA) with company contribution, sick time, company holidays, employee product discount, product testing opportunities, referral bonuses, and more.

Hourly Pay Range

$27—$34 USD
