Start your design career at Shepley Bulfinch, working alongside experienced architects and interior designers on complex, high-design projects. You'll contribute from day one while developing your design voice, technical skills, and confidence through mentorship and hands-on experience. You'll have the opportunity to participate in all phases of a project, including programming, conceptual design and development, space planning, and finish and furniture concepts. You can expect to partner with a more experienced designer to develop plans, elevations, RCPs and details, as well as finish concepts and furniture specifications. While this role is listed as being located in Boston, MA, we are considering candidates for hybrid roles at any of our five studio locations, as well as 100% remote candidates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, preferably from a CIDA accredited program. LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus.
- Previous internship or designer experience preferred.
- Ability to use Revit in a professional environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, rendering programs, and MS Office
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
