No pest control experience is required. We provide comprehensive training. 

 

About the Role 

As an Accounts Receivable & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and our office team. 

This position combines customer service and accounts receivable responsibilities. You'll assist customers with account questions, schedule appointments, process payments, help manage outstanding balances, and work closely with teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities 

Accounts Receivable 

  • Process customer payments 
  • Monitor and maintain customer account balances 
  • Contact customers regarding past-due accounts 
  • Assist with payment arrangements when appropriate 
  • Maintain accurate customer records 
  • Support month-end accounts receivable activities 

Customer Experience 

  • Answer incoming customer calls 
  • Assist customers with billing, scheduling, and account questions 
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently 
  • Deliver exceptional service with every interaction 
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members 

Team Support 

  • Collaborate with office staff and leadership 
  • Support company goals and initiatives 
  • Help improve processes and customer experiences

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Basic computer proficiency 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 

 

 

Accounts receivable, collections, or office administration experience is preferred but not required.
