About the Role

  • Full P&L ownership across assigned health system partnerships
  • Lead day-to-day operations, including oversight of in-clinic pharmacy liaison teams across multiple specialties (e.g., oncology, rheumatology, transplant)
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives—identify opportunities, build business cases, and execute in partnership with health system leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hospital executives, influencing decisions at the VP level and above
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, access, and satisfaction across the specialty pharmacy continuum
  • Build and execute account plans to expand and optimize partner performance
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical, pharmacy, and corporate teams to improve workflows and outcomes

 

  • Manage, coach, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
  • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and patient-first thinking
  • Translate data into action—identify trends, solve problems, and continuously improve operations
  • Deliver clear, executive-level updates and insights to senior leadership

 

    • 7+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or healthcare operations
    • Proven ability to own outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments
    • Strong track record of leading teams and driving performance against financial and operational KPIs
    • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience building business cases and influencing senior stakeholders
    • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $170,000 and $190,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
