Specialty Pharmacy Technician

📍 Onsite - Hartford, CT | Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm EST

✅ Requirement: Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment

🕒 Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• →Process, label, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification
• →Communicate with pharmacists, clinicians, and patients
• →Support medication adherence through outbound calls
• →Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial programs
• →Manage inventory, supplies, and medication storage requirements
• →Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate refills
• →Maintain accurate data, perform adjudication, and support operations
• →Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support process initiatives

• Strong communication and phone skills 📞
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 💻
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable ✅
• Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills 🤝
• Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information 🔒

• Pharmacy Technician registration (required)
• CPhT certification (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience (5+ years preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
