- Manage/Support the overall operations of delivered fuels to meet forecasted results
- Assist with Annual Budget
- Manage required customer interactions in a timely manner
- Build, lead, and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, selection, training, communications, performance management, and team member development
- Approve or deny fuel discounts and customer credit requests
- Work with competitive urgency to differentiate ourselves from the competition
- Develop residential and commercial price programs
- Assess and drive improvement in productivity metrics
- Safety
- Conduct and document monthly departmental safety meetings with drivers
- Attend quarterly departmental communication meetings
- Promote safe and incident-free operations through effective communication
- Promote, schedule, and/or facilitate training for all team members
- Ensure compliance with all DOT/OSHA regulations
- Individual, Team, and Company Participation
- Schedule ongoing meetings with drivers
- One on One’s with Director of Delivery Ops
- Attend / Participate on weekly L10 Department Meeting
- Attend monthly Team Unity Meeting.
- Special Events Attendance & Support
- Attend monthly PPA meetings
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years Industry experience preferred
- Vocational:
- Previous experience in sales, logistics, driving, marketing, pricing or strategic planning
- Exemplifies and communicates values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation
- A strong understanding of business management, financial and leadership principals
- Above average decision-making skills within assigned business unit
- Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Personal:
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a motor vehicle and capacity to travel
