We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to lead our PTP (Procure to Pay) function within Shared Services, supporting all 13 regional markets. As AM, you will drive standardization and automation across AP processes, strengthen controls, and prepare the function for the rigor of IPO-level audit and compliance. You will lead a small team while working closely with cross-functional finance stakeholders

  • Lead and develop a team, overseeing end-to-end PTP + FinOps processes across all 13 markets
  • Drive standardization of PTP + FinOps policies, workflows, and controls to eliminate regional inconsistencies
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processing and improve accuracy
  • Strengthen documentation and internal controls in preparation for IPO-level audit and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader finance transformation initiatives
  • Monitor PTP metrics and controls, proactively flagging risks or gaps to leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve PTP + FinOps processes and drive efficiency through automation and AI tools
  • Proven work experience in Accounts Payable, with prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Experience driving process standardization and/or automation in a multi-market or shared services environment
  • Solid understanding of internal controls and audit requirements
  • Adept at navigating ERP systems and specialized accounting platforms
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume shared services environment
  • Experience preparing finance processes for IPO or audit readiness
  • Track record of driving process automation or standardization projects (e.g., RPA, OCR-based invoice processing)
    • Agency - We take ownership and act, rather than waiting for permission. When something's blocking progress, we find a way through it and follow through until it's done.
    • Judgement - We aim for high-impact decisions, not just easy wins, and we put the bigger picture ahead of individual interests. That means moving quickly and confidently, while staying thoughtful about when a call really matters.
    • Learning Velocity - We pick up new skills fast and let go of old habits just as quickly when something better comes along. We benchmark ourselves against the best and keep raising our own bar.
    • Tenacity - We stay in it when things get hard, keeping a level head under pressure. We debate openly before deciding, then commit fully — and support each other along the way.
    • Career growth opportunities to take on greater challenges that help you realise your ambitions.
    • Be part of a winning team on a journey to global scale.
    • Competitive compensation based on performance.
    • Candid, open, and collaborative culture where feedback is valued.
